Our herbal baths can be used in many ways - here are 2 suggestions:
Bath: Use the enclosed Muslin bad and add about 2 tablespoons of herbs. Drop the bag with herbs in your bathtub and wait about 5 minutes. You can also use it in the shower using the muslin bag to drip herb-infused water over you.
Infusion: Use the enclosed Muslin bag and add about 2 tablespoons of herbs. Boil water and seep the herbs in about 2 cups of boiling water. Let it sit for about 10 minutes - add the infusion to your bath!
