This is the official web site of Raven Moonlight. We collect only the e-mail addresses of those who communicate to us first via e-mail, who request to be added to our mailing list or of those who have placed an order with us. This information is used only to respond via e-mail to answer questions, provide order updates and to notify customers of future product offerings and discounts.

We DO NOT keep any credit card or financial information on file. All payment transactions are done via paypal or credit card processing, and all credit card information is destroyed upon the processing of all orders. Therefore, if a customer would like to place a second order with the same credit card, they will need to re-enter the credict card information. We will not accept credit card information via e-mail or post mail. We will not keep any credit card information on file for any customer - no exceptions!

Customers who place custom orders or any order outside of our store shopping cart will be billed via a secure invoice from Paypal or from Visa/MC. Payments on these orders will be made through the secure links provided directly to the card processor and not directly to us.

We do not share customer information with any other organization or mailing list. Customers who have placed orders with us will automatically be added to our mailing list for our monthly newsletter which contains product updates, new offerings and discount coupons. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please contact us immediately with your request for removal. Please allow 24 hours for your name to be removed from our list.
