A wonderful small white sage incense stick - perfect to take along with you anywhere you go - or for small compact altars!  Also great to share if you are just starting out with smudging!

This sage is also known as grandfather sage or white ceremonial sage. If smudging the inside of a house or building, I recommend burning one to two leaves of this cone at a time, since it has no fillers, the smoke and the sage aroma will be overpowering. Salvia Apiana sage is one of the strongest sages known today!

Sage is used as an herb of purification. Purity, health.  Sage is used for consecration. Take a spring of Sage to your new home, to chase out old, out-used energies, and purify the Sacred Space in which you will be starting married life!  Sage is included in medicine pouches and bundles and is burned in smudging ceremonies to drive out bad spirits, feelings or influences.
