Ametrine is a naturally occuring quartz that forms both amethyst and citrine in the same stone! Therefore, it contains the properties of both stones! Real Ametrine is a fairly rare stone and almost impossible to find in a tumbled format.

This stone comes from Magaliesburg, South Africa.  Helps one adjust to changes in one's life that involve blending the old with the new. Assists blending family when one marries and there are children that are his, hers & ours. Amethyst has high frequency like the universe. As it heals to become Ametrine it becomes more focused & more physical.

Intuitive sources say Ametrine is a gemstone combining mental clarity and strength of will with a high sense of spiritual purpose and purity of one's energies. It can activate the 3rd and 7th chakras, putting one's personal power in service to one's highest aspirations. It can dispel negative energies in one's environment.

Ametrine is a combination of amethyst and citrine, and so has the magickal qualities associated with these two stones or crystals.
