Shipping Information
All of our USA and Canada shipping is done through the United States Post Office (USPS). Currently we are shipping in all 50 states in the US and to Canada. Canadian orders will be shipping through USPS Global delivery.
How long will it take my order to ship?
Because our products are hand-crafted, most individually ONLY after you order it, it will take us about 5-14 business days to prepare your order, however, depending on how many orders we have on queue it may take longer. None of our products are pre-mixed - this includes our entire product line, including incenses, shower gels, ointments, baths and more! Most herbal blends and oils, as well as rune sets, wrapped points and many other hand-crafted items in our catalog are made for you only after you order them. Herbal Samplers are freshly packed and never pulled from a shelf. Each product is prepared with care and attention to detail and we believe that the results are well worth the wait! For larger orders (generally orders over $200) it may take us extra time to process and create your order. Your order will remain in the "Processing" phase until we are ready to pack and ship your order, and if you paid by credit card, your card will not be charged until your order is moved to the "packing" phase. Please bear with us - if you are looking for speed over quality, we are probably *not* the shop for you. Our processing times will always depend on how many orders we have processing - around the holidays, our volume picks up significantly, so we ask that you order your products early to ensure you get them in time!

Do you offer Expedited shipping?
We currently do not offer any expedited order processing, or shipping! Your complete satisfaction is our goal, and we will do our best to work with any deadlines, gift items or shipping needs you may have - just let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate you! If you have an order that needs to go out immediately we can try to move your order up the line and get it quickly - please be sure to email or call us BEFORE you place the order to make arrangements. Also please note that while we love to do our best to work with you time constraints and special circumstances, we cannot expedite every order you place, so please plan accordingly!
We do have a limited product list which is posted on our Amazon.com store site that will generally ship a tad faster. You will note that not all products are offered there, and the shipping as well as product charges are higher. Most Amazon orders will ship within about 2-3 business days after being placed. International Shipping
All international orders shipping charged will be billed separately only after your order is packed since all international shipping is billed by actual weight of your package. International orders under $100 will be shipped via USPS Global First Class Mail or Global Priority Mail. Delivery of international orders is based on post office delivery times as well as customs clearing. Depending on customs, your order can take 1 week to up to 4-5 weeks to be delivered (it is very unusual for it to take that long, but it has happened in the past). It will all depend on how fast your country will clear through customs.
Orders over $100 will shipped with signature REQUIRED and INSURED via UPS. The cost of this is generally significantly more than the normal USPS delivery but this will shorten your delivery time and offer an additonal gurantee that your order will be delivered intact. We can also ship orders under $100 via UPS if you prefer, please be sure to request that during your check out. Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you an invoice for the shipping charges. Once shipping charges are paid, the order will be sent out. Unfortunately at this time, we cannot offer free shipping for internaltional orders. Thank you for your patience!
ATTENTION! If shipping invoice is not paid once the order is packed and ready to ship we will not issue refunds for any blended products as those are blended especially for you. We take the time and effort to blend, prepare and pack your order and we ask that you honor the shipping invoice once you receive it. Please note: due to increased international security, some canadian and international orders may experience a delay in shipping transit for 2 - 4 weeks depending on your country. This delay is solely with the shipping company and customs clearing and unfortunately out of our control. Thank you for your understanding and patience!
