Energy healing is a journey of healing, self-actualization, personal development, and spiritual growth. It is a holistic practice facilitating the healing by clearing blocks in our energy field, repairing and rebalancing our energy, and opening our consciousness to areas we need to work through in order to bring our lives into balance and wellness. Each session is a unique experience based on your current needs using a combination of Reiki, intuitive reading, and life-coaching.
Sessions can include removing etheric cords and attachments, addressing blockages from past traumas, and identifying and removing obstacles preventing you from reaching your personal and spiritual goals. All sessions are delivered via Zoom.
Energy healing works to restore balance throughout four levels of our lives- emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual- and allows us to connect to our Highest Self and our True Life Purpose.
Emotional Level- Your feelings and experiences. Energy healing encourages your to examine and process emotions that no longer serve your well-being such as self-doubt, resentment, and fear. It assists the client in releasing negative emotions and promoting qualities of self-love, trust, and balance. Energy work can assist in channeling emotional energy into creativity and productivity.
Mental Level- Your thoughts and attitudes. Energy healing leads to a deep state of relaxation, promoting a release of stress and tension. It encourages you to let go of thoughts, concepts, and attitudes that no longer serve, and replacing them with those that promote personal and spiritual growth.
Physical Level- The physical body. Energy healing supports and accelerates your body’s own natural ability to heal itself. It balances and harmonizes your entire energy field, promoting a sense of overall well-being. It also helps you to develop a greater sense of your body’s condition and health needs.
Spiritual Level- Your Higher Self and True Will. Energy healing facilitates awareness and communication with one’s Higher Self and Divine Source. It encourages you on your own path toward personal growth and spiritual development.

Individual mentorship assisting you in exploring, awakening, and strengthening your psychic ability through spiritual coaching, personal development, and intensive personal practice. This service is intended to be part of an on-going psychic development program. Sessions cover energy balancing, shielding, divination, empathic ability, mediumship, energy manipulation, healing, and more over multiple sessions. Together, we’ll explore several tools and techniques to assist you on your spiritual evolution including visionary work, pathworking, shadow work, personal development, and manifestation training. All sessions are delivered via Zoom.
Spiritual evolution is a way of life, and the way is working towards balance. To walk along one’s path in balance, we must know ourselves and be brave enough to face the changes we need in order to grow. Spiritual growth comes from this process and begins by identifying, processing, and healing from past obstacles and experiences. It involves identifying belief systems and dogma that may inhibit our growth. It includes an examination of our subconscious through shadow work. And ultimately, it requires making concrete changes in our behaviors and actions to allow our inner work to manifest in our lives.
Through mentorship, I assist you in navigating this process. Each session is unique based on your individual situation, spiritual path, and personal goals. The work includes:

Her background combines a degree in psychology, training and extensive work in energy healing, and research and scholarship in neopagan theology and philosophy. For much of her career, prior to working full-time as an energy worker, she counseled clients who experienced emotional or physical trauma, including survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse. As part of her formal training, she also studied Usui Shiki Ryoho-the Usui System of Reiki-becoming a Reiki Master and is a certified Cognitive Behavioral Life Coach. She currently lives in Charlotte, NC where she leads a local progressive witchcraft coven.
